Gravesite Registrations Over 1,700 Civil War Veterans Listed!
Below is a listing of Civil War veteran grave sites that I have compiled that includes not only soldiers from the 127th but from all divisions and regiments. Over the years I have walked the cemeteries of Long Island, New York City, the Hudson Valley and Connecticut in an effort to document civil war grave sites and preserve their history.

Brave Soldier, rest the battle's o'er
For thee all cares and sorrows cease
Called Home to Heaven, where ever more
Is perfect love and perfect peace.

The PDF file below contains an alphabetical listing of soldiers on which I have identified burial location.  If you would like additional information about a soldier on the list, please contact me.  I will be able to provide you with the burial location and, in most cases, a picture of the headstone. I am always adding to the soldiers list, so please feel free to ask about a soldier not posted on the list, I may have information on him!  This list was last updated on September 23, 2012.
I have visited so many beautiful cemeteries and I am sometimes compelled to capture the solitude, the inspirational scenes and even the wildlife that make those grounds their home.  Below I share with you some of my favorite images.
