Soldier Information and Grave Site List
Below is a listing of the soldiers of the 127th by Company.  Take a photo tour of the different soldiers, soldier records, and grave sites of the Civil War veterans of the 127th Infantry Regiment, New York Volunteers. Whenever possible, information has been provided regarding the soldier's military records, pension records, death certificates, family and occupation. If you have additional information on a soldier to share, please contact me and I will update his page.

We are listing the cemeteries, locations and maps to make it easier to find the members of the 127th. We hope that not only descendants will make their way to the cemetery, but anyone who lives near one of these cemeteries, drives or walks by them, will stop, and pay tribute to these men who were willing to give up so much. Reading some of the soldier pages you will notice that men enlisted with families depending on them, still they went, others were widowers with children, and still they went. And many never came back. There are many other CW veterans buried all over Long Island, stopping to pay your respects to any of them, regardless of Regiment, will honor all.
